The district nursing team are based at Sighthill Health Centre.
They provide nursing and health care in the community, normally in the patient’s own home. Referrals can be made via the GP or directly through reception by the patient or the carer.

The Health Visitors are qualified and experienced nurses who also have a specialised degree/diploma in community health. They only work with families who have pre-school children.
The health visitors are available Monday to Friday 08:30 -17:00. To make an appointment telephone 0131 455 5299. Messages can also be left on the answerphone.
